RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns for customized dresses or dresses that have been altered. For regular sized dresses without any changes, please inform us of your return within 5 days of receiving the dress. The dress must be in perfect, unworn condition, and while you may try it on, do not stretch or stain it. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable returns, such as incorrect custom measurements or a change in event plans. Customers must cover any customs taxes, and if you do not cooperate with tax clearance, you will be responsible for the return fee. Please note that customs fees are out of our control and we cannot guarantee them. The Free Shipping provision does not cover any fees related to customs clearance.
