About Customs Duty
Our price does not include the customs duty. If there is customs duty, you need to pay for it. 

Please send us note if you have special requirements. 

About order Cancellation
1. You will get full refund if the order was cancelled within 48 hours after order.
2. You will get 50% refund after the dress is finished before shipment.

All our dresses are not in stock, we make them per orders. The cost occurs once we cut it. 

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is top of importance to us.

Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If you want to replace or change the dress, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.

All of our custom evening dresses are meticulously hand-sewn and may require extra transport time. While some sequins, beads, crystals, feathers, or flowers may fall off during transit, please note that this does not indicate a quality issue. Our team will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction. We sincerely hope that you will adore your dress. Thank you for choosing us!

Size or Fit Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom-made, the finished gown may vary by approximately 1 inch in the specified measurements.
To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional 3cm or 1 inch margins in each side seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly.

Return Process

 

<1> Contact us immediately upon receiving your package. Provide an explanation and photos for the return. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval. <2> After approval, ship the item back within 5 days. <3> Your refund will be credited back to your account.
