Our Cream-to-Powder formula gives our eyeshadows its velvety texture, vibrant color, and extreme blend-ability, with no creasing and intense color that can be applied dry or wet for vivid colors that pop. They also can be applied wet with a fine liner brush to make custom shades of eye liners.
