RETURN POLICY:
The dress must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact. Please contact us before sending it back to receive the proper return instructions. If you return the dress to the address on the package without notifying us, we will not be able to process the return and issue a refund. If there is an issue with the color or measurements of the dress, please provide clear photos within 3 workdays of receiving the garment. At that point, you may choose to exchange or receive a full refund. If there is a noticeable quality issue such as stains, breakage, or defects, please also provide photos within 3 working days for a refund or exchange. Please note that if the issue is not related to quality, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
